You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, from the day you receive your box. Unopened box sent back (return at your expense, to the address the team gives you in the chat): everything is refunded. Opened or started box: we refund what you paid, minus €5 excl. VAT per opened shot; an opened drink can't be taken back, for hygiene reasons. Delivery is never deducted. After 14 days, no refund.

Eight AI employees (Kai, Mila, Leo, Nora, Sam, Ana, Zoé and Eli) who work for YOUR business in the YLC apps: website, logo, posts, videos, SEO, reviews, bookings, inbox. You approve, nothing goes out without your OK. If you want, Agency mode lets you sell these creations to clients. It opens on 25 December 2026 with 100 AI credits, with no expiry date; then you top up only if you need to, −20% for 12 months.

Your founder member card and 12 IMPACT shots of 100 ml, Tropical flavour. IMPACT is a food supplement with caffeine (60 mg per bottle), for adults aged 18 and over; the product sheet and the warnings are above, before the order button. The shot is a symbol, never a condition: your Guest Pass and your perks work without it.

From your order: your Guest Pass on request, your founder member status in the entrepreneurs' club (private group, vote on the next apps, monthly call), your Ambassador page and your box (shipped straight away). On 25 December, your 8 AI employees start and your credits arrive.

No. Your 100 credits have no expiry date: they stay on your balance until you use them.
